Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Residential Pest Control Technician to diagnose and treat pest issues for homes and small businesses in the Natick, MA area. You will inspect spaces, provide effective treatments, and advise customers on prevention strategies while upholding our standards of safety and service.

Qualified candidates bring a valid driver's license, strong customer service, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, and courteous.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve residential and commercial pest issues.
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, interiors, and exteriors to identify concerns and recommend solutions.
• Deliver treatments backed by Board‑Certified Entomologists and experienced management.
• Educate customers on prevention strategies and inform them clearly.
• Identify additional service opportunities and present options to customers.
• Build long‑term relationships through dependable, professional service.
• Grow skills and career through ongoing training and advancement paths.

Responsibilities

• Use your training and expertise to diagnose and solve pest issues for residential and commercial customers
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, interiors, and exteriors to identify concerns and recommend the right solutions
• Deliver high‑quality treatments backed by our Board‑Certified Entomologists and experienced management team
• Educate customers on prevention strategies and help them feel confident and informed
• Identify additional areas where our services can add value and present those options to customers

Pay range offered for this role is $43,000 - $58,000 per year
