Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses in the Wilmington, MA area. You’ll diagnose pest issues, inspect attics and exteriors, apply treatments, and educate customers on prevention while working with our board-certified entomologists and leadership team.

Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Technician with Waltham Pest Services, you’ll put your industry‑leading training to work by helping homeowners and businesses protect their spaces and maintain healthier environments. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact in your community.

You will

• Use your training and expertise to diagnose and solve pest issues for residential and commercial customers
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, interiors, and exteriors to identify concerns and recommend the right solutions
• Deliver high‑quality treatments backed by our Board‑Certified Entomologists and experienced management team
• Educate customers on prevention strategies and help them feel confident and informed
• Identify additional areas where our services can add value and present those options to customers
• Earn additional income through service‑based sales opportunities that reward your initiative

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations including climbing ladders, bending, crawling, lifting, and carrying the necessary items throughout the day. You also need to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Pay range offered for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per hour
