Job summary

Terminix is seeking Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management services. You will inspect properties, identify pests, apply treatments, and provide preventative guidance to customers, while following safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow product labels and perform basic math for mixtures.
• Willingness to learn pest control techniques and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle.
