Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management services for residential customers. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, educate clients on prevention, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, customer relations, and following regulations; must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions. Benefits start day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying climates.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations for pest control products and safety.
