Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is looking for Pest Control Consultants to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while maintaining top-notch customer service.

You will represent the national brand locally, assess customer needs, and drive the sales process to protect homes and families. The role requires inspecting homes, collaborating with service teams, and delivering effective pest solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clarity on challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
