Job summary

Midtown Home Improvements in Missouri is seeking a Residential Construction Coordinator to support our patio cover and screen room operations. You will measure sites, coordinate crews, and ensure installations meet our standards from pre-construction through final walkthrough.

The role requires strong organization, blueprint reading, and excellent communication with sales, production, and installation teams.

Qualifications

Experience measuring and coordinating patio cover/screen room projects.
Minimum 5 years in residential construction or home improvement.
Knowledge of aluminum structures and outdoor living products.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate on-site measurements for patio covers and screen rooms.
Coordinate and schedule installation crews.
Manage purchase orders, permits (when applicable), and related project documentation.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure projects meet standards.
Provide professional, face-to-face customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure timely completion.
