Job summary

Five Star Painting LLC is seeking a Residential Painting Estimator / Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan interior and exterior projects. You will build relationships, prepare estimates, and guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to signed contract.

Experience in sales or estimating is preferred, but strong customer service skills and a willing-to-learn attitude will be trained. A valid driver's license is required, and availability includes weekdays and Saturdays.

• Available weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate painting projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Educate customers on options, scope, and expectations.
• Follow a consistent sales process from appointment to signed contract.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to leads.
• Work toward individual and company sales goals.
• Participate in networking, home shows, and community events.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records in company software.
• Coordinate with production and office teams.
