Five Star Painting LLC is seeking a Residential Painting Estimator / Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan interior and exterior projects. You will build relationships, prepare estimates, and guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to signed contract.

Experience in sales or estimating is preferred, but strong customer service skills and a willing-to-learn attitude will be trained. A valid driver's license is required, and availability includes weekdays and Saturdays.

This role goes beyond measuring and quoting — you'll build relationships, understand customer needs, recommend solutions, prepare accurate estimates, and guide prospects through the sales process. Painting experience is helpful but not required; we'll train the right person with a strong sales, estimating, or customer service background.

Compensation
