Qualifications

• 3 years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting
• Good working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering
• Ability to use power tools and painting equipment
• State regulations may apply and take precedence

Responsibilities

• Perform responsive, accurate, and efficient painting work within residents' apartments and common areas
• Maintain interior and exterior painted areas of the Ashburn campus
• Restore paint in vacated apartments to like-new condition
• Perform drywall repairs as needed
• Provide residential painting/wallcovering as contracted by residents
• Maintain aesthetics of high-traffic common areas
