Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is seeking a skilled residential painter to refresh occupied and vacated apartments at Fox Run Village. You will apply paint and wall coverings and help maintain high-traffic areas, contributing to a welcoming retirement community.

Required are at least 3 years of painting and wallcovering experience, proficiency with painting equipment and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments
• Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas
• Perform drywall repairs
• Prepare written communications to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order
• Create and close work orders on work order system

How you will make an impact
