Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Painter for its military housing team at Campbell Crossing in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The role focuses on painting interiors and exteriors of homes and community spaces, with responsibilities including surface protection and equipment maintenance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of painting experience, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work to schedule, quality standards, and participate in trainings and meetings to support site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related painting experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to pass respirator health exam if required.
• Knowledge of paints and sealants for various surfaces.
• Experience with brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors of homes and common areas.
• Follow schedule and quality standards.
• Protect unpainted surfaces with drop cloths, tarps, tape, masking.
• Maintain paint equipment and inventory.
