Our painters perform a variety of tasks such as assembling scaffolding, surface preparation, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint colors, and painting homes and businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with clients to understand their needs. Ideally, you have experience with a variety of paint surfaces and materials and are comfortable using hand and power tools to get the job done.

Compensation

$38,000 - $52,000 yearly

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan, to be considered for this position
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and proper use of brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and scaffolding
• Experience with drywall patching, sanding, caulking, taping, and priming surfaces
• Understanding of different paint types and finishes, including interior/exterior applications
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow job site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients and coworkers
