As a Residential Outside Sales Executive, you will connect communities by offering top-tier fiber optic internet services, generating leads through direct contact and marketing follow-up.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prospecting in the community via in-person visits, door hangers, calls, emails, social media, and community events.
• Selling and upgrading internet services, especially in rural areas.
• Building relationships and becoming an expert in your territory.
• Communicating competitive advantages and positioning Clearwave as the best choice.
• Hosting community events and providing technical support as needed.
• Tracking activity using CRM tools and reporting results regularly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Self-motivated with proactive outreach skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor work and minimal office time.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel during peak sales hours.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; good typing skills a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred but not required:

• Sales experience or fiber broadband knowledge.
