Sobieski New Homes seeks a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber in Georgetown, DE. You will install plumbing systems in new homes, including underground work, rough-ins, and finals. You may also train plumbing helpers and help the team win repeat business through quality installations.

Expect a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule with overtime during peak periods. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages based on experience to support growth and a supportive team

Qualificações

• Journeyman plumber license or 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints and perform residential plumbing work
• Install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• High school diploma or GED
• Background check and drug screen with valid driver's license and good driving record

Responsabilidades

• Install plumbing systems in residential new construction including underground, rough-ins, finals
• Train plumbing helpers
• Ensure work meets state codes and quality standards
• Support teamwork to win repeat business through quality installations
