Sobieski New Homes, a division of J. F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, is hiring a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber in Georgetown, DE.

The role focuses on quality installations in residential projects, including underground, roughs, and finals, with the potential to train helpers. Qualifications

Journeyman license preferred or 3+ years of new home construction experience.
Ability to read blueprints and perform residential plumbing construction.
Experience installing water lines, water heaters, sinks, and toilets.
Knowledge of applicable state codes.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Install plumbing systems in residential new construction including underground, roughs, and finals.
Train plumbing helpers and supervise where appropriate.
