Con App Inc. is hiring Residential New Construction Painters to join a production painting team in the Tidewater region. The role offers full-time hourly employment, with a guaranteed 5-day workweek, 40+ hours, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience is required.
• Residential new construction painting experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with brushes and rollers.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent paint coverage.
• Ability to identify and correct paint defects.
• Reliable and independent work capability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively on a crew.
• Strong attention to workmanship, cleanliness and jobsite safety.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Apply paint using brushes and rollers.
• Prepare residential surfaces for paint application.
• Protect floors, fixtures, and surfaces during painting.
• Maintain clean lines and even coverage.
• Identify and correct paint defects and touch up as needed.
• Complete final paint corrections as homes progress toward settlement.
• Work independently or as part of a crew to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with supervisors and follow safety procedures.
