Qualifications

• 3+ years of new home construction experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality installations of heating and cooling systems.
• Help train HVAC helpers.
• Maintain good communication with customers and team members.

Skills

Licensed as a journeyman

New home construction experience

Knowledge of applicable state codes

Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
