Sobieski New Homes, a division of J. F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, is seeking a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer. This role performs quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction and trains HVAC helpers.

Sobieski New Homes is part of a $100 million mechanical contracting company serving Delaware, South‑Eastern PA, Virginia, and Maryland. We partner with builders for HVAC, sheet metal, and plumbing installation in residential new construction.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems in new homes.
• Assist and train HVAC helpers on installation techniques.
• Ensure work meets state codes and company quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and construction trade teammates.
• Maintain own hand‑tools and safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Licensed journeyman HVAC (preferred) or 3+ years of new home construction experience.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
