Honey Homes, Inc. is hiring a full-time handyman/maintenance technician to service the Walnut Creek area. The role requires 5+ years of multi-trade residential experience and offers steady, local work with strong pay and benefits.

Expect $36/hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days onboard. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with 100% paid health, vision, and dental insurance and additional perks. Work is local with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a multi-trade residential role.
• Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Customer-friendly attitude; able to work in clients' homes with trust.
• Reliable vehicle and your own tools; valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades.
• Keep home systems and appliances on a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
• Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
