Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring in Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and Lamorinda for a full-time handyman/maintenance technician. This is a W2 hourly role with steady, local work, no evenings or weekends, and a starting pay of $36/hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days onboard.

You’ll cover a local territory of 40–50 homes, perform multi-trade repairs, and enjoy 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, life insurance, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on handyman/maintenance experience.
• Multi-trade skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Reliable vehicle, own tools, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades.
• Keep home systems on a preventive maintenance schedule for your route homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build trust in members' homes.
• Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
