Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Milford, Delaware, responsible for originating mortgage loans, including Conventional and FHA loans. You will provide exceptional service to customers seeking residential mortgages.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in mortgage origination, effective sales skills, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). WSFS offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of $35,563 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in marketing and originating residential mortgage loans.
• Must be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations and customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA.
• Interview applicants to acquire financial and property information.
• Keep informed of trends in local real estate market.
