As a Residential Mentor, you'll provide direct support, mentorship, and structure to residents facing behavioral health challenges. You'll work closely with a compassionate clinical team to implement personalized care plans, assist with life skill development, and create a safe, nurturing environment. Whether you're helping someone navigate daily routines or responding calmly in a moment of crisis, your presence will make a lasting impact.
Successful candidates should possess maturity, self-discipline, and a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds and developmental stages, and approach relationships with empathy, patience, and healthy boundaries. Good judgement, decision-making and resolution of stressful or conflictual situations are essential.
