Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred (increase in wages).
• Six months experience in residential psychiatry or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a residential behavioral health setting.
• Supervise patients during treatment, recreation, education and activities of daily living.
• Ensure patient safety using least restrictive interventions and avoid seclusion when possible.
