Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health related discipline.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet the direct service, face-to-face expectations as per annual goals.
• Provide assessment and treatment, case management, collaboration with collateral care providers, advocacy, psycho-educational groups, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and medication monitoring education.
• Oversee site scheduling and monitor client status.
• Act as a team leader and provide clinical supervision to Counselors and Senior Counselors.
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor.
