ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Junction City, Oregon, seeks a Residential Mental Health Associate to engage residents with treatment services per therapist plans, in the community and within the program, with documentation in the EHR.

The role emphasizes individual and group treatment using approved curricula and skills coaching across living, education, and medical navigation. The position is part of a secure, non-profit behavioral health organization offering comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must be QMHA registered (MHACBO).
• Eligibility requires 1 of 3 criteria: a)Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science; b)3 years verifiable behavioral health experience; c)equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment services to residents per therapist plan in the community and program; document services in the EHR.
• Provide direct treatment and group sessions using evidence-based curriculum.
• Offer skills training and coaching in independent living, education, navigating medical system, and community living.
• Transport clients to/from the program as needed to engage and provide treatment.
• Maintain productivity standards for documentation of services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field
