What You’ll Do

• Engage homeowners door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods
• Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
• Set qualified appointments for in‑home consultations
• Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection‑handling techniques
• Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $19/hour base pay to start
• Performance‑based commission (uncapped)
• $78K target total compensation for productive agents
• Top performers earn $100K-$120K+ annually
• Weekly pay and clear performance expectations
