Responsibilities

• Abides by and demonstrates the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis.
• Supervises the provision of assistance to persons served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety, health care, behavior supports, and proper documentation.
• Participates in recruitment, staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and budgetary guidelines.
• Supports individualized care plans and promotes client rights.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred.
• Effective communication skills and flexibility to cover shifts.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and supervisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience in brain injury or disability services.
