  • Experience with the Department of Developmental Disabilities is strongly preferred.

Job description

Join to apply for the RESIDENTIAL MANAGER - DD/ID role at MARC Community Resources, LTD.

The Residential Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community living arrangement (CLA), including but not limited to individual care and services, staff development and supervision, facility management, and maintaining compliance with DDS, state, and federal regulations/laws. The role involves developing and implementing systems, procedures, and policies that affect CLA operations and ensuring the health and safety of the individuals in the program.

Education, Experience, and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience working with the DD/ID population, including supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with the Department of Developmental Disabilities is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Therap is preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities, high energy, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to exercise patience, understanding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in schedule and availability for 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
  • A dynamic, well-organized individual who cares about making a difference.
