American Training, a Human Services Agency, is seeking a full-time Residential Manager for our Residential homes in Merrimack Valley. We are committed to providing exceptional residential services to adults with disabilities, guided by our WOW! Magic philosophy. Our goal is to help Residents achieve their hobbies, dreams, and goals, whether it's cooking, traveling, surfing, or relaxing.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all aspects of the Residential Program
2. Acting as a liaison between Residents, Families, Healthcare Providers, and Colleagues to ensure quality care
3. Hiring, supervising, and motivating Colleagues
4. Creating and managing Colleague schedules
5. Monitoring medical and clinical needs of Residents
6. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of experience in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home
2. 1+ years of management experience
3. Valid State driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance
4. Flexible work hours based on program needs
5. Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
6. Bachelor's degree preferred (may be waived with sufficient experience)
