Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience or related position.
• Familiarity with basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and renovations to sites and equipment as needed.
• Assess safety of the physical environment at each site and address concerns.
• Complete monthly safety inspections with supervisory personnel.
• Coordinate heating/air conditioning maintenance and cleaning.
• Schedule and ensure vehicle maintenance and cleaning; track mileage.
• Purchase maintenance tools, equipment and supplies per procedures.
• Orient new employees and communicate personnel issues to management.
