Job summary

AION Management in Hatboro, PA seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance for residential units and building systems. You will respond to service requests, assist with PM programs, and help ensure life-safety and company standards are met.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, handling plumbing/electrical/carpentry tasks, assisting with unit turns, and participating in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Trade School Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems.
• Assist with unit turns, including inspections, repairs, and readiness for occupancy
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations as required
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and potential system failures
• Accurately document completed work and inspection findings in the maintenance management system
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and use required PPE
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members and property staff
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas
