Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join Fox River Townhomes & Rivers Edge Townhomes. You will perform general maintenance with a focus on plumbing and HVAC repairs, troubleshoot issues, and respond to after-hours emergencies during an on-call rotation every other week.

Because Fox River Townhomes is a scattered-site property, a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license are required to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues.
• Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and janitorial tasks as required.
• Communicate status of work orders to management.
