Stone Point Apartments in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. You will respond to residential service requests, perform repairs to return units to market-ready condition, and support the Property Manager with ongoing maintenance tasks. On-call rotations and winter snow events are part of the schedule.

We value customer service, multitasking ability, and previous maintenance experience. EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance or related field preferred.
• EPA, HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Willingness to attend training and obtain additional certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Address a diverse range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and return units to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved maintenance issues to the Property Manager for prompt resolution.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks to reduce costly breakdowns.
• Participate in on-call emergency repairs and winter snow events as required.
