Job summary

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ruston, Louisiana. You will perform general maintenance tasks to keep our residential properties up to high standards, respond to resident work orders, and support on-call needs with reliable, courteous service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience on residential properties and an HVAC certification, with a valid driver's license and the ability to access and transport necessary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience on a residential property.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Ability to work on-call and respond promptly to calls.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs all general maintenance duties for upkeep of the property.
• Responds to resident work orders.
• Performs carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Repairs appliances, HVAC units, ceiling fans, refrigerators, etc.
