Job summary

Imagine Homes Management in Cincinnati is seeking an RTS Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on field support across the assigned portfolio, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of residential systems. You will self-perform most tasks to help control costs and support turn operations to achieve timely completions.

This role also entails documenting work in Property Meld, coordinating with Turns and Service teams, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on residential maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose issues across multiple trades and self-perform repairs.
• Experience with mobile work order tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of EPA OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive maintenance work orders across the portfolio in a timely, professional manner.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and finishes.
• Support turn operations to meet market-specific turn time targets.
• Conduct move-out/move-in inspections and document condition and repairs.
• Perform quality checks on vendor work and ensure safety standards.
• Document all work with photos and notes in Property Meld and Site Capture.
