Job summary

Associa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residential communities. You will perform routine maintenance to keep buildings safe and well-maintained, including carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks.

We offer full-time benefits and competitive pay of $19-$21 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to upkeep and resident satisfaction across a growing portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and reporting.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition remains sound.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to keep the building properly maintained.
• Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment as needed.
