Responsibilities

• Prompt and courteous handling of resident service requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents according to schedule.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain clean, safe workshop and storage areas and inventory of parts.
