The role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing plumbing, electrical, and small appliance repairs, and assisting with HVAC systems to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Must have a valid driver's license/auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Install control and distribution apparatus and service equipment.
• Inspect equipment and read temperatures/pressures, report and repair malfunctions.
• Assist in HVAC operations and building access systems management.
• Maintain safe, accessible building for residents and visitors.
• Complete maintenance requests and notify management of major repairs.
