The role requires a jack-of-all-trades approach, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional communication with residents and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential maintenance, construction, handyman, or repair experience.
• Experience with residential painting and drywall.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic hand and power tools.
• The ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and job documentation.
• The ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential maintenance work.
