Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Regency Park in Georgia to maintain the physical integrity of the property. You will perform work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance while keeping a clean shop and assisting with emergency coverage. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid U.S.

driver's license, and strong communication skills. HVAC certification is a plus; MS Office knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid U.S. drivers license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) required.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make-readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
