Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Residential Maintenance Technician to support safe, comfortable housing for clients in our residential programs. In this field-based role, you’ll perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple sites, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and room turns.

You’ll conduct inspections, complete work orders, and coordinate with vendors while following safety and building codes.
