Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep client-serving facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming in Wisconsin. In this field-based role, you’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.

You’ll complete and document work orders, conduct routine inspections, address safety issues, and support minor remodels and room setups, collaborating with staff to minimize service disruptions and ensure environments

Qualifications
