Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering quality service. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of residential properties under our management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential properties.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Ensure properties are in excellent condition before new tenants move in.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report issues to management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential maintenance or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general home repair.
• Certifications (Preferred): HVAC certification, EPA certification, or other relevant credentials.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
