Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Residential Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Columbus, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep
• Complete interior and exterior repairs such as drywall patching, painting, fixture replacement, and basic appliance servicing
• Conduct minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
• Handle basic electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Perform general carpentry and repair work, including doors, trim, cabinets, and drywall
• Maintain exterior areas including lawn care, landscaping, gutter cleaning, and seasonal snow removal
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards
• Ensure all properties are safe, functional, and compliant with local housing codes and regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Prepare units for new occupants, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and lock changes
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, smoke detector testing, and weatherproofing
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, and maintenance schedules

Requirements
