Regional Property Management Company is seeking an energetic and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment complex located in Orange County, NY. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history in maintenance roles and possess the necessary skills to perform light handiwork. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance, with some positions offering the added benefit of on-site in a 2-3 bedroom apartment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks for the building and grounds.
  • Ensure the upkeep of all common areas, including cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance of facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
  • Respond to tenant requests and maintenance needs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Perform light handiwork, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
