Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
• Assist with initial response to HVAC malfunctions and simple repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure and complete work orders timely.
• Support other maintenance personnel on projects and ensure supply levels are adequate.
• Work scheduled and on-call overtime as necessary and follow attendance policies.
