Qualifications

• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• An HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Personal reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Address emergency work orders within 24 hours if on call.
• Complete work orders according to company policy within 24-48 hours.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through the Make-Ready process.
