Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to perform a range of handyman tasks across facilities.

The role requires proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and related trades, with at least one year of hands-on building maintenance experience. The successful candidate will repair fixtures, install and service wiring, doors, appliances, and drywall, while conducting routine preventive maintenance and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman skills.
• Ability to estimate time and complete repair orders.
• Maintain material and supply inventory and oversee contractors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
