Qualifications

• Interest in learning HVAC and willingness to train on the job.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn hands-on installation tasks.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable team player.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
• Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep.
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and company installation standards.
• Represent Carolina Heating with professionalism and a positive attitude.
