Carolina Heating is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Assistant to support residential and light commercial installation projects in the Greenville, SC area. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn the trade, and takes pride in quality work.

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade (prior experience a plus, not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-first mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
